{"id":763,"date":"2011-04-29T15:50:06","date_gmt":"2011-04-29T14:50:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aroundthewoorld.fr\/?p=763"},"modified":"2011-05-13T17:52:18","modified_gmt":"2011-05-13T16:52:18","slug":"salta-cafayate-ar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aroundthewoorld.fr\/?p=763","title":{"rendered":"Salta &#8211; Cafayate (AR)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mceTemp mceIEcenter\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>Retour en Argentine pour quelques jours pour profiter des paysages du nord du pays dont on a tellement entendu parler.<br \/>\nLe trajet depuis San Pedro nous fait passer par Paso Jama, un col haut perch\u00e9 dans la Cordill\u00e8re o\u00f9 nous go\u00fbtons \u00e0 nos premiers 4500m voire plus. Les paysages sont lunaires, la neige est pr\u00e9sente sur les bas-c\u00f4t\u00e9s et la faune caract\u00e9ristique fait son apparition. La route passe aussi pas le pueblo Pumarca et la Quebrada Humacahua qui est au patrimoine mondial de l&rsquo;UNESCO. On en prend d\u00e9j\u00e0 plein les yeux&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>On arrive \u00e0 Salta de nuit et on va vite s&rsquo;installer dans notre hostel des 7 elfes (7 duendes). Petit tour en ville, on go\u00fbte la bi\u00e8re locale, la Salta Rubia dont on nous avait tr\u00e8s justement vant\u00e9 les m\u00e9rites, et on va r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer du trajet avec une bonne nuit de sommeil.<\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, c&rsquo;est la traditionnelle visite du centre: de tr\u00e8s belles \u00e9glises coloniales (encore!), des places urbaines de type v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9es, un ancien couvent renomm\u00e9 et le Cerro San Bernardo qui surplombe la ville. On a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de louer une caisse pour deux jours avec Thomas, compagnon de voyage doubiste rencontr\u00e9 \u00e0 San Pedro, et on est parti le lendemain matin. Le parcours: descendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Cafayate (160 km au sud de Salta) y passer la nuit puis remonter par Cachi et retour \u00e0 Salta par les montagnes. Une belle boucle de plus de 400 bornes avec des paysages nevadiens, star warsiens, irlando-gallois et cactusiens. Fifi Tong<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Et le mus\u00e9e d&rsquo;arch\u00e9ologie de haute montagne (MAAM) qui nous a permis de d\u00e9couvrir le monde Inca et ses rites mais surtout connu pour abriter les corps momifi\u00e9s archi bien conserv\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de 6000m d&rsquo;enfants sacrifi\u00e9s au dieu Soleil. Impressionnant de voir des corps de plus de 500 ans dans cet \u00e9tat de conservation d\u00fb au froid et au manque d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne.
